The following forms and information are provided to assist you in putting together messages regarding activities and events that your ministry would like to have communicated through one or more of the various communication tools used by Old Bridge Church. Please contact the church office if you have any questions regarding the submission of messages to the church office.
- The Communication Tools Table reflects the various tools currently used by the church for all messaging and the deadlines for certain tools (i.e., The Link, Sanctuary Slides, etc). The church office will make a decision on which tools should be used to communicate your message based on the audience you’re trying to reach, the timing of your event/activity and the impact (i.e., # of people affected) it’s expected to have.
- The Content and Style Guide provides helpful information to assist writers in developing effective messaging.
- The Communications Checklist for Ministries will help you make sure your message follows proper content, style and policy guidelines and should be reviewed before you submit your message to the church office.
- All messages should be submitted to the church office along with a completed Communications Request Form.
